The Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force (RTCIPF), in concerted collaboration with partner agencies, has significantly ramped up its presence and operations in key areas across the Islands, declaring a firm zero-tolerance approach to organised crime networks.

The increased visibility aims to disrupt criminal activity, restore public safety, and gather critical intelligence directly from affected communities.
Operations have been heavily concentrated in Five Cays, Dock Yard, Kew Town, and Blue Hills. This surge in enforcement includes high-visibility vehicle checkpoints (VCPs), targeted snap raids, and the continuous deployment of mobile and foot patrols.

According to a press release, these proactive measures are specifically designed to impede gang movement and deter further criminal acts.

The RTCIPF is working closely with the Turks and Caicos Islands Regiment, the Turks and Caicos Islands Border Force, and international counterparts from the Jamaica Constabulary Force and Barbados Police Service to maintain round-the-clock visibility.

In a direct show of support and commitment, senior leadership Commissioner Fitz Bailey, Acting Deputy Commissioner Kendall Grant, and Acting Assistant Commissioner Dwight Gardiner were present in Five Cays today.
Their presence underscores a clear message: leadership stands firmly behind frontline officers, and the RTCIPF remains resolute in its mission to safeguard communities across the Turks and Caicos Islands.
